Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records in alignment with legal and ethical standards to ensure the highest level of care.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within an interdisciplinary team to enhance client care and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical counseling environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. Counselors will also receive client referrals, support with billing and documentation tasks, and access to a sign-on bonus, which will be discussed during the interview process.
