Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,318–$2,419 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Start date: 08/10/2026 Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients to identify nursing needs Develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with the patient and care team Provide direct and/or indirect skilled nursing care while coordinating with other disciplines Educate patients and family members on care plans, rights, and self-management strategies Document patient status, responses to treatment, and changes in plans promptly and accurately Monitor progress toward goals and adjust the plan of care as needed to optimize outcomes Requirements Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California) or as otherwise required by the state of assignment CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor Valid driver’s license (at least 21 years old) and current automobile insurance Minimum of two years of recent RN experience in the field BSN preferred; acute care facility or home care experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a home health/care management-oriented setting as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits and Support Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations Guaranteed 36 hours per week 13-week assignment duration Weekly pay between $2,318 and $2,419 Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
