Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of your patients, and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans using established best practices and solution-based interventions.

• Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques appropriate to the individual needs of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring adherence to professional standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, to maximize the efficacy of treatment plans and enhance patient support systems.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote continual professional development and improve the quality of care.

• Empowering patients and their families with education on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources that can aid in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues. This role requires empathy, cultural competence, and a deep understanding of the social factors affecting mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
