Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Provide psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning and case management with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications\n
