Serve as a strategic thought partner to GCG and firm leadership. Synthesize firmwide flow trends, product performance, market dynamics, and revenue implications into clear, executive‑ready insights. Translate complex business drivers into cohesive narratives that inform earnings messaging, strategic planning, and senior leadership decision‑making. Lead a small, high‑impact team focused on delivering forward‑looking analysis and actionable insights. Analyze gross and net flows across channels, regions, and asset classes to identify key performance drivers. Evaluate AUM mix shifts and their implications for revenue, margin, and long‑term growth. Collaborate closely with Investor Relations to develop earnings materials and supporting analytics. Requirements 7–12 years of experience in asset management, management consulting with exposure to asset management, strategic finance, or related roles. Strong understanding of public‑company reporting cadence and earnings processes. Deep familiarity with asset management fee structures across vehicles and channels. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial and operating data into executive‑level narratives. Experience presenting to senior leadership or supporting C‑suite decision‑making.
