Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary)

We have an immediate, short-term contract opening for an AP Clerk with a great company in Ronkonkoma, NY!

If you have hands-on experience with NetSuite and are available to start right away, we’d love to get you submitted. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry into NetSuite.

• Match, verify, and enter vendor invoices and packing slips.

• Assist with day-to-day accounts payable duties during a team transition (training provided on-site & remotely).

salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Input vendor invoices, packing slips, and related financial data into NetSuite with high accuracy.

• Verify, match, and reconcile invoices against packing slips and purchase orders.

• Communicate with internal team members and remote management to resolve any basic billing discrepancies.

• Support general accounts payable and administrative accounting tasks as needed during the transition period.
