Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify acute and chronic health issues, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive medical evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, collaborating closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Order, interpret, and utilize diagnostic tests to inform clinical decisions and improve resident outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, ensuring the right interventions are provided based on clinical assessments.
• Educate residents and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and strategies for maintaining optimal health post-discharge.
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient care strategies, share insights, and work towards common goals for resident health.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, documenting care plans, assessments, and other critical information.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
