We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service during regular business hours. This role involves greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing essential administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and welcome guests
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Provide general administrative support
- Handle inquiries and assist visitors as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in reception or administrative support
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
