Human Resources Manager

Local Favorites is a growing family of restaurant brands united by a shared commitment to great food, genuine hospitality, and exceptional people. With our most recent acquisition of Cotton Patch Cafe , we're expanding our reach and building something special — and we need great people to help us do it. As we bring multiple brands together under one organization, we're seeking an HR Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to play a meaningful role in building culture, supporting leaders, and integrating teams for long-term success. This is more than a traditional HR role. You'll serve as a trusted business partner to restaurant and regional operations leaders — helping navigate employee relations, develop talent, drive engagement, and ensure our people practices support both our team members and our business goals. What you’ll do Serve as the primary HR business partner for restaurant and regional operations leaders across multiple brands Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action Coach leaders through complex people decisions while fostering a positive, high-performing culture Interpret and apply company policies and employment laws with consistency and sound judgment Support organizational growth, integration initiatives, and change management as our brands continue to evolve Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning & Development to deliver a seamless team member experience Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend practical solutions that improve engagement and retention Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and best practices Build strong relationships across the organization through regular travel and close partnership with restaurant leadership What you’ll bring 3+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, ideally in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments Solid working knowledge of multi-state employment law Experience handling employee relations issues end-to-end — investigations, documentation, corrective action, and resolution Comfort coaching operators and leaders who aren't HR professionals — you can translate policy into plain, practical guidance A track record of staying organized and responsive across multiple locations or brands at once Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters Familiarity with HRIS platforms and comfort pulling and interpreting basic HR metrics Willingness to travel regularly to café/restaurant locations across the footprint Why join us At Local Favorites, you won't just manage HR processes — you'll help shape the culture of a company in an exciting stage of growth.
