Accounts Payable Specialist

Immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist! Pay is $24-$27 per hour / 40 hours per week / 8am-5pm Mon-Fri in office Excellent work environment with great benefits! Position involves all AP functions including: Receiving, verifying and processing invoices for weekly check runs Tracking of all PO’s Completing vendor credit applications as needed Three way matching of invoices for payment Maintenance of W-9’s ,1099’s and COI’s for Vendors ACH, Wire and credit card payments as needed Desired Experience/skills: High volume A/P processing (1000 invoices per month) Syteline Software 5 years Accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment Impact Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation or gender identity) national origin, disability, age (40 or older) or genetic information including family medical history.
