Conduct thorough evaluations of patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics, employing both standardized assessments and keen observational skills.

Create tailored treatment plans focused on immediate and long-term goals related to communication, cognitive abilities, or swallowing functions.

Deliver individualized speech therapy interventions targeting various areas, including fluency, language mastery, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.

Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to craft cohesive strategies for care.

Provide essential education for patients and their families, enhancing their understanding and encouraging progress between therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure continuity of care throughout patients' journeys.

Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational regulations, assuring accuracy and timeliness.

Engage in continuous professional development and collaboration with peers to stay updated on evolving practices within the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of joining our team.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for individuals of all ages, with a firm grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
