Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct tailored therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that treatment plans reflect clients' specific goals and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges.

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological health, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring that clients in distress receive immediate and effective support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies, ensuring that client information is secure and accessible for treatment continuity.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals—such as social workers, psychiatrists, and medical providers—to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in workshops, training sessions, and supervision to meet licensure renewal requirements and enhance therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples navigating relationship issues, families dealing with communication problems or trauma, and individuals facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
