JOB SUMMARY
The Contract Administrator is responsible for the set up and entry of completed agreements into Company systems and will perform a key role in Supply Chain by converting agreements and contracts into SAP and Coupa compatible formats as required. This work entails extracting relevant data from contracts in physical or electronic form and accurately transferring it to SAP / Coupa in accordance with established process. The Administrator works closely with the Contract Specialists to ensure data integrity to support Company contract requirements in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Import complex data sets into SAP, compile supplier price books, and enter the information into the appropriate system.
- Update Contracting system and folders with required documentation, ensuring Company Technical Standards are met and adhered to.
- Translate contract details into requisition form for both materials and services.
- Monitor spend against approved agreements and take appropriate action to address.
- Prepare contract spend reports as requested.
- Close contracts in SAP / Coupa in accordance with company policy.
- Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
- Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field

WORKING ON THE NORTH SLOPE
While working on the North Slope of Alaska, your lodging and food will be provided to you. All camps provide warm meals and options to grab a quick lunch or snack from the spike rooms. Rooms vary from single status to shared rooms where your roommate may work the opposite shift. Wi-Fi and Internet is free and available within the camp. Services vary depending upon where you are staying; however, most facilities offer housekeeping, self-serve laundry, commissary, mail, gyms, TV/Theater Room, etc. Each facility will have its own accommodation and policies that will be reviewed upon on-site orientation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands and work environment requirements outlined below are representative of those necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. A post-offer, pre-hire Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to ensure an employee's ability to safely meet job standards. Candidates must be able to comply with the ASRC Energy Driving Records and Motor Vehicle Use Policy, successfully pass a pre-employment drug test which may include both urinalysis and hair testing, and meet the physical requirements of working in a remote location under arctic conditions. In addition, candidates will be required to pass a Fit-for-Duty Exam, complete a background check, and obtain and maintain an access badge for the work location.
