Service Advisor

No. of Vacancies: 4 Key Job Responsibilities Coordinate project timelines, resources, and information between technical teams and other departments to ensure smooth project execution. Assign tasks and responsibilities to technicians, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Monitor and evaluate technician performance, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team. Develop and implement technical training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in operating new technologies. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals to support system maintenance and troubleshooting. Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce operational costs. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a service advisor, service coordinator, or in a similar position. Strong understanding of marine systems, engines, and boating equipment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work closely with technicians, parts departments, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Attention to detail.
