We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-focused Accounting Associate to join our growing finance team. Position Summary The Accounting Associate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and contributing to reporting processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain general ledger transactions and perform account reconciliations Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Support payroll activities and related documentation Help prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations Conduct financial analysis and assist with reporting tasks Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards Assist with audit preparation and provide support during audit processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information Preferred Skills CPA certification or currently pursuing CPA Experience working with financial reporting in small to mid-sized businesses What We Offer Competitive salary range: $50,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, sick leave, and company holidays 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Opportunities for career growth and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
