Accounting Assistant

Fast‑growing company seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong dual AP/AR experience, SAP Business One, and EDI invoicing expertise. This is a fully on‑site role in Apopka (no hybrid/remote). What You’ll Do Post invoices, credit memos, and apply payments (ACH, wire, check, CC) Create, transmit, and troubleshoot EDI invoices Manage collections, statements, and short‑pay resolutions Process vendor invoices, 3‑way match, credit cards, and reconciliations Apply and track landed costs Assist with month‑end close and reconciliations Maintain customer and vendor master data in ERP What We’re Looking For 3+ years combined AP & AR experience Hands‑on ERP experience (SAP) EDI billing experience (setup & error resolution) Experience with Sales & Use Tax and landed cost allocations Strong accuracy, follow‑through, and deadline management SAP Business One | EDI (SPS Commerce) | AP/AR | ERP Accounting | 3‑Way Match | Landed Costs | Month‑End Close | GAAP | Excel | Sales & Use Tax #J-18808-Ljbffr AppleOne Employment Services
