Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Prepare invoices Collect overdue accounts Manage vendor payments Assist with ordering consumables Maintain customer and vendor accounts in Quickbooks Online Requirements AA or 2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate with clients and vendors Ability to learn new software programs, proficiency in excel and Microsoft products About Us Jupiter Environmental Laboratories, Inc. is an ESOP employee owned company with a trusted name in environmental testing and analysis, proudly serving clients from our home base in Jupiter, FL.
