Production Supervisor

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Oakdale, CA. Details of the position are as follows:


Job Description:

• Pay is $30.76 - 42.30/hr
• 4 - month assignment with the potential extension based on performance and budget.
• Monday - Friday
• Lead team members to execute daily production plans that meet quality, productivity, and cost standards
• Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and lead structured, team based problem solving efforts to resolve them
• Monitor production performance to ensure established standards are maintained
• Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Drive execution and sustainment of standard work to achieve daily direction setting results
• Lead shift handoff meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment between shifts

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/ GED is required (B.A degree is a plus!)
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
