Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, implementing a client-first approach to ensure that individual needs are recognized and addressed.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to each client's unique challenges, preferences, and goals, continuously adjusting these plans based on client feedback and therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide the most effective care.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and medical needs.

• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering understanding and participation in the recovery process to strengthen the support network around the client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring the safety and integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state.

• Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in evidence-based modalities for treating mood disorders and anxiety.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and an ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
