Charge Nurse (RN) for New Medical-Surgical UnitWe are excited to open a brand-new 25-bed Medical-Surgical unit at Willis Knighton Bossier and are seeking a skilled and motivated Charge Nurse (RN) to lead our team on the night shift.Shift: 12-hour days, 1845–0708 Schedule: Rotating, with every other weekend offPosition SummaryThe Charge Nurse provides leadership and clinical oversight for the unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care while supporting and guiding nursing staff.
