Employment Law Partner

We are seeking a senior Employment Partner to join our firm and help grow our employment department. Ideal candidates bring deep experience across employment matters, a portable book of business (minimum $500K), and an interest in working in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
YOU ARE
An attorney with over 10 years of employment law experience. (California employment law experience is a plus.) Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas or elsewhere in the U.S. or the UK, with a portable book of business of at least $500,000. A natural leader, experienced in advising employers on all aspects of employment law. Practical, prepared and resourceful with excellent people skills. An efficient and effective plain‑English communicator. Conscientious, thorough and highly accountable. Motivated to learn and improve. Receptive to constructive feedback. Polished, poised, energetic with a strong work ethic. Always responsive and often proactive, keeping your clients (and team) well‑informed.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD
Lead the Employment Department and report to the Managing Partner. Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs on your team. Lead by example: with your diligence, drive for success and positive attitude. Continue to develop your own book of business and help drive the continued growth of the firm.WHY US
