Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional states, ensuring accurate understanding of their needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that address a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma.

• Lead couples therapy sessions, helping clients identify communication barriers, resolve conflicts, and enhance their relationships through effective intervention techniques.

• Regularly assess clients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that therapy remains responsive to their evolving needs.

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation, including treatment plans, case histories, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support during acute distress or emergencies, while coordinating care with relevant services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including teens, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active LMFT license issued by the state is mandatory.

• At least one year of clinical experience providing individual and/or couples therapy is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
