Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee all operations and staff for building technology projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safe practices across all phases of work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and managing project managers, trades supervisors, and assigned staff.
• Overseeing operational execution of projects from start to finish.
• Collaborating with engineering, programming, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous product improvement.
• Supporting the sale, design, and installation of company products.
• Analyzing and implementing improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitoring staffing needs, managing schedules, and ensuring adequate team coverage.
• Providing regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
• Maintaining a safe, injury-free workplace.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements and qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong market knowledge and technical/application expertise.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and travel as needed.
