Our appointments are primarily scheduled during weekday business hours, typically from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility required for evening or weekend meetings to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately diagnose clients’ mental health needs.

• Design and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client objectives.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals for holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring all communications are secure.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case discussions to enhance professional competence and ensure high standards of care.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals with various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and addiction issues. Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
