Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual counseling sessions specifically tailored for women aged 35-55. Address key areas such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized treatment plans that resonate with each client’s unique goals and needs. Your plans will integrate proven therapeutic approaches to foster meaningful healing experiences.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms for delivering therapy sessions to clients, ensuring all interactions maintain confidentiality and privacy standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Monitor Client Progress: Routinely assess and track the progress of clients by modifying treatment plans when necessary. Provide continuous support and feedback to facilitate their journey towards achieving therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with Team: Engage with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Collaborate seamlessly to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate referrals for specialized services, aiming for holistic client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic support to women aged 35-55, often struggling with various life transitions and mental health challenges. This demographic may experience unique challenges related to career pressures, family dynamics, and health-related concerns, making your role crucial in guiding them through these transitions with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure: You must possess a current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, including experience with Excel, Outlook, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Familiarity with telehealth technology for delivering counseling services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
