Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing, ensuring that interactions are ethical, supportive, and aligned with best practices in mental health care.

• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor each session to the individual needs and circumstances of your clients.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously assessing and modifying these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Assist clients in gaining deeper insights into their feelings and relationships by facilitating thoughtful discussions during sessions.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, empowering them with effective coping strategies and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital, along with a strong empathetic nature.

• Proficient computer literacy skills to effectively utilize our digital counseling platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually based on your experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, we provide weekly direct deposits and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring that you are well-compensated for your valuable work.
