Relocation assistance is not offered.About the RoleAs our HR Generalist, you'll manage the daily functions of the HR department and serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. You'll support the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, performance management, development, wellness, safety, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a site HR partner to administer and support HR programs including onboarding, benefits, leave management, performance management, and employee relationsParticipate in interviews and assist in hiring qualified candidates to meet staffing needsSupport an engaging and smooth onboarding process that sets employees up for successAssist leadership in resolving employee concerns or conflicts and escalate sensitive issues to the HR Manager as appropriateMaintain accurate and organized employee records within the HRIS; ensure timely updates and proper electronic documentationMonitor employee time and attendance, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with policyPrepare and process weekly payroll and compile necessary reportingRespond to employee, supervisor, and applicant inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payrollAssist with the design and delivery of training programs that support compliance, skill development, and employee growthOversee the performance review process to ensure timely completion and alignment with company policyTrack and document compliance with required and optional trainingSupport and promote corporate wellness initiatives that encourage healthy lifestyle choicesEnforce safety policies, identify potential hazards, and partner with leadership on corrective actionsMaintain strict confidentiality and develop trusted relationships across the organizationEnsure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and recommended HR best practices
