Growth Marketer

As a founding member of the team, the remote contract Growth Marketer will manage consumer acquisition strategies, including running paid campaigns primarily on Meta, creating and testing various ad creatives, and optimizing landing pages while leveraging organic channels to enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day management of the Meta advertising account, including audience targeting and budget adjustments Develop and execute creative briefs for user-generated content and other ad formats while maintaining a rigorous testing calendar Analyze performance metrics and report on key indicators such as CAC and retention to inform strategy adjustments Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience running paid social campaigns for consumer products, preferably in D2C or subscription models Proven track record of managing a Meta budget and diagnosing performance issues effectively Experience with both creative development and analytical reporting, demonstrating a blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making Familiarity with organic growth strategies, including SEO and social media management Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences
