Ideal Candidate Proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Enjoys working on construction projects and completing assignments on time Self‑oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site Key Responsibilities & Skills Documents financial transactions by entering account information Process weekly accounts payable payments in accounting system Check, verify, and enter invoices for payment Collect, confirm, and process timesheets Provide administrative support for the Accounting Supervisor Perform filing and general administrative tasks Other duties as assigned Benefits & Perks Ongoing HR support Competitive benefits packages including Health, Dental, Vision & Life insurance JLM Rewards incentive program Paid Time Off Compensation Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour We offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off.
