Come make an impact every day at Zebra. Senior Workday HRIS Analyst The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst supports the global design and administration of our core HR system of record. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with HR on strategy and providing proactive system solutions with a strong focus on driving the continuous improvement of automation, self‑service, employee experience and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Partners with assigned HR Centers of Excellence to drive the HRIS roadmap. Strong member of technology community to understand and implement best practices and key HR trends. Develop reports and dashboards from customer strategy, goals and requirements. Collaborates with and provides superior services to internal customers. Liaison with support role(s) on process, workflow, and training. Uses data to drive decision making and solve for root cause. Configures and tests system solutions to best meet the organization’s needs while leveraging technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer oriented. Assists with other HR projects as assigned. Able to work hybrid from Lincolnshire, IL (3 days in office/2 remote). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of professional experience in a technical role. 3+ years in HRIS system administration including Workday HCM implementation and configuration experience. 10% travel. Preferred Qualifications LMS and Talent & Performance Workday experience. Self‑motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring People Partners and employees have the best tools and processes. Solid organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Experience with the complexity of global projects. Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the company, ability to manage by influence. Pay Range $86,080.00 - $129,120.00 Annual Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
