Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients facing a variety of mental health issues, employing techniques rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting therapeutic goals.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists to provide holistic care that addresses the multifaceted nature of mental health.

• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization support, prioritizing client safety and well-being during urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

• Active Maryland LMFT licensure or eligibility for licensure in Maryland.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
