Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individualized group and individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Create and maintain accurate documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to ensure each client's therapeutic journey is well-documented and monitored.

• Establish effective aftercare plans in collaboration with clients to ensure a smooth transition from therapy, promoting ongoing recovery and success.

• Engage with families and external providers regularly to coordinate care, ensuring consistency in treatment and support across various environments.

• Stay compliant with organizational documentation policies while promptly meeting all administrative requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on individuals and families navigating mental and behavioral health challenges, including those experiencing co-occurring disorders and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting working with individuals facing mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to confidentiality regulations.

• Exemplary oral and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
