CFS is partnering with a repeat client in the manufacturing industry who's looking to add a Bookkeeper to join their finance department. This is a newly created position due to growth.

- Responsible to enter, post, and reconcile General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
- Responsible to perform routine account and payment reconciliations
- Responsible to prepare and review A/R and A/P aging reports
- Responsible to purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management
- Responsible to record cash receipts and make bank deposits
- Responsible to maintain and reconcile the petty cash fund
- Responsible to manage the collection efforts and calls for A/R
- Responsible to respond to credit inquiries from internal and external sources
- Responsible to research and resolve A/R and A/P issues with customers and vendors
- Responsible to transact routine inventory transactions per company mandated procedures and protocol
- Responsible to provide clerical and administrative support to management as required
- Responsible to interface with multiple department and management staff
- Other duties as required
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Detail oriented with previous experience handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong communication skills
