You Will Perform financial and operational data analysis to support business initiatives and strategic planning Develop, maintain, and enhance executive‑facing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Analyze, interpret, and model financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights Create reconciliations, summaries, and performance tracking tools to support operational accuracy Transform and summarize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership Present data to management and executive teams Distribute recurring and ad‑hoc reports to stakeholders Collaborate with internal and external partners as needed You Are Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have Clinical Operations experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred (Pivot Tables and Excel functions are a must) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL Data Pulling Communicates clearly and effectively Detail‑focused individual who works well in a reporting environment Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 1‑3 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred (not required) 3‑5 years experience as a Business Reporting Analyst Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and time management skills We Offer Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.
