Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and risk assessments to determine the needs and safety of patients.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and goals.

• Delivering trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other treatment modalities.

• Providing crisis intervention and stabilization services for patients in acute psychological distress.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other medical professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.

• Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and relevant community resources.

• Assisting in the development of comprehensive discharge and aftercare plans to ensure sustained recovery and support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
