Revenue Accounting Manager

Revenue Accounting manager $115,000-$135,000 base salary (depending on experience) Greater Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 1 Day onsite every 2 weeks) Vaco has partnered with a great company to hire a Revenue Accounting Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead revenue accounting operations while partnering cross-functionally to support new initiatives, strengthen reporting, and ensure compliance in a public company environment. You'll play a key role in driving process improvements, developing the accounting team, and supporting the company's continued growth. Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, billing initiatives, and revenue process improvements. Ensure effective internal controls, SOX compliance, and successful execution of internal and external audits. Research technical accounting matters, evaluate revenue impacts of business changes, and prepare supporting documentation. Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team while driving process standardization and continuous improvement.
