Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Gather requirements and design process/data flows
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Define project objectives and support feasibility analysis
• Support development, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create and document UAT strategies, plans, and test cases
• Interpret and present data lineage clearly to stakeholders
• Utilize Excel (including Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with manual and/or automation testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Financial services or mortgage industry experience

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $56.49 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
