Our Community Health Clinic setting provides an integrative model of care, emphasizing teamwork among mental health professionals to enhance the support network available for our clients. You will utilize teletherapy platforms, which will allow you to conduct sessions seamlessly from your home, while still being an integral part of our organization.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish baselines for intervention.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals, ensuring that interventions are suitable for individual circumstances.

• Implement therapeutic interventions rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other relevant modalities.

• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and promote coordinated care.

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations, encompassing individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and trauma histories. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Clinical Social Worker license in Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
