Here’s What You Need: - High Diploma or Equivalent required - 4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical, plumbing, HVAC Contractor, etc.) required upon hire. - 1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required - 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare facility preferred - Central plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferred - Advanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise higly preferred - DL - Driver’s License Upon Hire required - CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred What You Will Do: Field Operations & Technical Execution Cross-Functional System Integration Financial Responsibility Technical Vendor & Contractor Engineering Oversight Safety Operations & Regulatory Engineering Additional perks of being a Texas Health Resources Employee: Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment programs as well as several other benefits.
