A local company in Port Richey is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! We are seeking a dependable, professional individual who enjoys helping customers, is comfortable on the phone, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Location: Port Richey, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Pay: $19.00/hour


What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with customer accounts
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the operations team
• Process customer payments and assist with billing questions
• Handle accounts receivable-related customer calls
• Follow up on customer requests and open issues
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
• Multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities while providing excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service, call center, office, scheduling, or related experience
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and follow through on customer requests
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to provide professional work references

Required:

• Call center or in office experience

Preferred, but not required:

• Billing or accounts receivable experience
