Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health needs to establish effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement specific interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed approaches to promote client well-being and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Real Beginnings, you will be primarily working with individuals facing severe trauma, debilitating anxiety, and pervasive depression, often involving complex emotional and mental health histories. Your expertise will be vital in assisting patients with coping strategies and guiding their journey towards recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years' clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
