Accounting Clerk

Join Our Mission Park DuValle Community Health Center is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our Finance Department. The Accounting Clerk supports the day-to-day financial operations of Park DuValle Community Health Center by maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing deposits, and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial data, supporting month-end close processes, and promoting effective financial stewardship. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service while supporting the organization's mission and compliance objectives. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile daily cash receipts and bank deposits. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation. Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting. Prepare reconciliations, spreadsheets, and audit support documents. Respond to vendor and internal department inquiries professionally. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting procedures Requirements Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately with financial data. 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, banking, or financial support experience. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Healthcare, nonprofit, or community health center experience. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience. Why Join PDCHC?
