Digital Marketing Strategy Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across patient and HCP audiences including direct-to-consumer campaigns, paid media, and social programs
- Optimize customer experience by identifying funnel opportunities, improving website performance, and leveraging marketing automation
- Develop and continuously improve digital campaigns through testing, segmentation, personalization, and data-driven insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to create content, execute integrated campaigns, and manage budgets
- Measure campaign performance and communicate analytics-driven recommendations to support business growth objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of growth or digital marketing experience with successful campaign portfolio
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Proficiency in media strategy, AEO/GEO, marketing automation, CRM, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and optimize conversions through multivariate testing
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with marketing metrics expertise
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare
Compensation: $86,700–$173,300 base
