Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a diverse caseload of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental health conditions, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify client needs, developing integrated care plans that ensure access to appropriate services.

• Serve as a crisis intervention specialist, responding promptly to urgent client needs, and intervening effectively in crisis situations.

• Be available for on-call duties as assigned during and outside normal program hours to support client needs.

Qualifications\n
