Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, establishing a clear understanding of their unique needs.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices that include Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions addressing diverse mental health concerns across all age groups.

• Provide couples therapy aimed at assisting partners in enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering stronger connections.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans as clients progress, ensuring that care remains responsive to their evolving needs.

• Maintain diligent documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
