Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, handling communications via telephone, email, and other digital platforms. Provide accurate and timely information regarding our tax, audit, and advisory services. Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary. Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy in our CRM system. Assist with administrative tasks related to client account management and support. Uphold the firm's commitment to confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions. Gather client feedback to help us continuously improve our service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
