Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to identify their needs and issues effectively.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on client evaluations and collaborative discussions.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients across the lifespan, addressing diverse mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, conflict resolution strategies, and relationship satisfaction.

• Regularly review client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsive and personalized care.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories to uphold compliance standards.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to offer holistic approaches to mental health care.

• Prepare for and provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely support and safety.

• Participate in ongoing professional education and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality practices while advocating for clients' rights and empowering them in their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic services will primarily focus on teens, adults, and couples, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Our diverse clientele may present with unique challenges, including relationship conflicts, parenting concerns, and emotional distress, making your role critical in guiding them towards healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is essential for this role.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy with proven skills in therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
