Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies that address each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring proper documentation of sessions and therapeutic progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to offer comprehensive care to clients and improve overall therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with EMR software and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, complemented by performance bonuses.
