Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for various client demographics including families, couples, and individuals, adjusting approaches based on their unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation that uphold ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive bonus structure to reward performance and dedication. Additional benefits include:
