Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, you will be empowered to conduct your sessions through our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. Our work environment promotes flexibility, allowing you to schedule sessions from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team. We operate from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing our counselors with the ability to craft a schedule that suits both them and their clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities.

• Conduct thorough assessments and psychological evaluations, ensuring accurate diagnoses to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver therapeutic services to a diverse range of groups, couples, families, and individuals, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client care.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality assurance.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and educational sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Qualifications\n
